If you’re concerned that you might have an eating disorder, this quiz can act as a guide to help you understand if you should speak with a doctor.

Our eating disorder quiz is adapted from the SCOFF Questionnaire, which is a simple, five-question screening test. These questions are part of a standard assessment used by doctors to screen someone for their risk of an eating disorder.

This isn’t a formal diagnosis. If you’re struggling with your relationship with food, it’s best to schedule an assessment at Melrose Center. Call 952-993-6200 to get started.
